This small home bakery makes a small, delicious range of bread. The bakers are Swiss born, Walter and his wife, Ursula and this is their retirement project. Their ciabatta is outstanding and it is refreshing to find the real thing in South Africa. Being Swiss, the butter, platted loaf is definitely the real thing and as you would find it in the best Swiss bakeries.

I only use GMO free, stone-ground and unbleached flour, love and lots of time! ”
Come and try the bread for yourself. The home Bakery is open every Friday from 14.00 hours to 18.00 hours. For those who know how good it is already, you can order on a Thursday and collect on a Friday afternoon from their home.
