Rolling M Ranch, situated on the banks of the big Tugela River in KZN
and surrounded by hills, offers a diverse range of activities for all.
There is plenty of space for kids to run, and trails for horse riding, mountain biking,
trail running, canoeing, tubing, fishing, hiking, picnics and bird watching.
Farmyard animals can be fed, patted and milked.
For those choosing to relax in the shade, the resident guinea fowl flock
are lovely to watch, and kudu & duiker are not uncommon around the farmhouse.
Rolling M Ranch is a working farm with stud Brahman, horses, goats, pigs and the
farmyard is a hive of activity with ducks, chickens, geese, bantams, guinea-fowl, peacocks
and great danes roaming free.
There is varied accommodation.* Ukuthula Bush Camp for self catering which sleeps 16, is a rustic camp on the river bank.
*The Homestead was built by the Voortrekkers in 1836 and has 3 double bedrooms. This can be full or half board.
*Gran’s Cottage sleeps 8 to 10 and is self catering or half board.
*The Pony Post built for purpose in 1840 sleeps 4 self catering.
*Guinea Cottage is cosy, thatched, has a fireplace and sleeps 4.
Dinner on the farmhouse verandah is R150.00 p. p.
Children 12 and under are half price.
