We offer a wide range of small batch, artisanal marinated and stuffed olives, as well as a comprehensive range of pestos, tapenades, chutneys, pickles and harissa. Our olive oil is cold-pressed, extra virgin 100 % South African – the olives and olive oil are sourced from a farmer in the Western Cape. We only ever use kalamata; we adore the bitter chocolatey taste. They are the finest table olive in the world.

We marinate the sacred berry in extra virgin olive to unique flavours, bath our olives in our special Tangy marinade, and stuff our olives with your favourite pantry ingredients. We offer 11 different marinated olives recipes. Firm favourites are the tangy kalamata, smoked campfire, herby greek moussaka, lemony tajine and the wonderful stuffed olives with feta, garlic, almond and lemon. There are also 6 pestos; 3 tapenades; 3 chutneys; 3 pickles and 2 harissa blends.

Our Sicilian Dipping sauce is one of the most versatile products you can have in your kitchen. We also make the amazing Catalonia pepper sauce called Romesco that gave its name to the company.

All the manufacturing takes place here in the cool Midlands where our shop is filled with the different olives, tapenades, and sauces.

Directions to help you find us: Midlands Business Estate (Fairfield Dairy and SHF Clearance Showroom) – take exit 103 Howick/Midmar from the N3, turn towards Howick, and take the first entrance on your right into the Business Estate. We are at the end of the driveway through the security boomgate – SHF showroom entrance.

We are open 7 days a week . We are also open over most public holidays for part of the day from 10:00 – 14:00. We are only closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
