Welcome to the world-famous ‘Dragon Dune’ – the biggest and longest sandboard ride in South Africa. Situated on private land, this ‘beast’ provides the ultimate ride on sand, similar to snowboarding. We cater for everyone, corporates, oil sheikhs, beach-bums, school groups, skiers, teambuilding, tour operators and everyone in between.
The focus is on having FUN! We cater for all age groups, beginners and Pro’s. We will teach you the basics on ‘Baby Dune’. If you don’t feel confident enough to stand up on your board, you can sit or enjoy a belly ride.
Dragon Dune is 170m high and rides can be 350m long. The maximum speed reached has been 90kph on a belly board!!!
