In a stunning setting at the base of the Stellenbosch mountains are six acres with landscaped gardens, wild fynbos covered areas and lovely meandering trails which reveal some 60 sculptured bronzes by Dylan Lewis.
There are wide open spaces and secret nooks with statues representing a decade of Dylan Lewis’s work. The bronze sculptures vary from small to monumental and cover subjects including his iconic abstracted fragments of lion and cheetah, birds, man in dynamic frame and mythological satyrs. Some work explores the wilderness in the world and in ourselves. Some convey incredible power. The setting could not be more perfect!
