Forest Falls Treehouse, the perfect getaway for a couple, is a self-catering, secluded treehouse nestled on the edge of a waterfall. This beautiful, tranquil spot allows guests the opportunity to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature. Built on the confluence of two streams and wedged on a cliff face, this is no normal cottage. Water splashes down from a waterfall only metres away from the bedroom and perched amongst the surrounding trees, couples can enjoy bird watching, keeping a lookout for the shy nyala and bush pig who frequently make an appearance.
The treehouse is a short walk through an indigenous forest. It is open-plan living and sleeping with a cosy fireplace and seating area overlooking the falls. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom with a view, offers a bath, toilet and wash basin plus there is an outside shower. The bed is queen-sized. Guests have access to secure parking.
A lovely add on: Your hostess is a superb cook. You may like to enjoy a picnic lunch at the base of the waterfall… ask Maryna about a picnic basket.
Bookings are available throughout the year with a minimum two nights stay per booking.
