The Manor House was built in 1862 and has many lovely features like high ceilings and Oregon floors. Décor is contemporary elegance and the suites are spacious. A gracious ambience has been created where attention to detail and great service is standard.

Just 30m from a Blue Flag beach with warmer water than other bays, this is a good place to holiday. There is a manicured garden with pool in a sheltered position for windy days. The sunsets are stunning!

Beyond good breakfasts, the guesthouse serves excellent South African and Mediterranean meals on request. A traditional braai can be arranged. A walking trail under a canopy of Milkwood trees leads to a variety of quality restaurants, bars and a unique bookshop. Another leisurely 3 minutes’ walk will take you to the yacht harbour. Beautiful Vergelegen, one of the wine route gems, is just 25 mins away.

Suites have full bathrooms with bath and shower. Beds can be configured as king or twin. You have the option of self- catering too. Suites have tea/coffee stations, safes, mini bars, hairdryers, WiFi, flat screen television with Netflix satellite, air-conditioning and a comfortable seating area. Extra luxuries include toiletries, pure cotton linen, gowns, pool towels and laundry services. There is solar powered back up in case of load shedding. All rooms are non smoking.
