Peel’s Honey comes straight from the hive to your table. Our honey has nothing added and is non- irradiated.
The majority of our honey is sourced from more than 5,000 of our own hives across Kwa-Zulu Natal and the Orange Free State and the rest is sourced from local beekeepers. We build strong partnerships with beekeepers to ensure that we supply only the best quality honey from known sources.
Peel’s is an active member of the South African beekeeping community through the South Africa Bee Industry Organisation (SABIO). Craig Campbell, our beekeeper and Managing Director, is also the Chairman of the KZN Bee Farmers’ Association.
The shop has a treat beyond the yummy honey treats. You can watch a hive working in cross section to see the bees in action.
We are just off the N3 freeway, so you can stop without any fuss and minimal delay.
