This tranquil garden studio is a cosy, well appointed and totally separate and private space adjacent to my main home. Situated in Wynberg, a leafy southern suburb.
The 1 bedroom includes a very comfortable, memory foam king-sized bed. Slatted shutters manage privacy. There is a closet and hanging space. Your en-suite bathroom has a strong shower.
Fast WiFi is throughout. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an air fryer, fridge and microwave. There is a Weber and a gas braai and our kitchen is available on request. Tea/ good coffee and fresh fruit provided. Both fan and heater are provided.
Despite Cape Town being renowned for wind, this garden and the pool area is sheltered and protected. It was designed by award winning designer, Cara Smith. The undercover patio area is a perfect spot for morning coffee surrounded by fynbos, succulents, and spec boom.
You have private entrance access. Your privacy is fully respected for the duration of your stay. The property is secure with external cameras, linked alarm system and electric fencing. Tandem garage parking is available for a small car, on request.

This is a good peaceful suburb just 15 minutes from the city and close to major arterial routes, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Constantia Mall and Wynberg Village. Great restaurants are all around. It is within walking distance of Wynberg Boys High, Wynberg Girls High and junior schools and Springfield Convent Senior. It It is also close to Kingsbury Hospital, 2 Military Hospitals and Wynberg Military Base.
