Sunset View Cottage is a bespoke, modern, self -catering cottage built to mirror the Underberg landscape of grasslands, rocks and vast open mountain views. It has an indoor glass fronted fireplace, plus an indoor braai on an enclosed veranda for those freezing winter nights. The cottage is double glazed throughout and has underfloor and ceiling insulation. The decor is tasteful and relevant to the theme of the build. The cottage is extremely well equipped with everything you could want to make your stay a home from home.
Outside is a stone firepit and an outdoor braai in a private garden. Glass stacking doors on the veranda enable you to enjoy the summer nights or be tucked away warmly watching the snow fall.
There is a private car port which caters for off road vehicles and roof tent top vehicles.
The owners are animal lovers and our very friendly dogs, cats, chickens and ducks roam freely. Two rescued donkeys are behind electric fences because the owners are also keen gardeners and donkeys have a big appetite for garden plants too! Come and enjoy the tranquility of rural life, yet only 2 kms away from all conveniences.
