From 1870, Theusen Island was a timber and shipping business. When the island was re- developed, the architects kept as many maritime features as possible: its entire existing timber framework has been retained and all the timber cladding has been re-used! Inside the The Lofts there are gang planks suspended by hoists and exposed beams in some rooms give great character.

Our team of passionate, dedicated staff are committed to making your stay with us as comfortable and memorable as possible. There is a small spa to indulge after sightseeing and a sauna. There is a fun Hide Out room for kids.
