Located in Manyeleti Nature Reserve, Kruger National Park. With an unfenced border adjoining the acclaimed Kruger National Park, Tintswalo Safari boasts one of the most minimal vehicle densities in the Greater Kruger. Visitors revel in uninterrupted wildlife encounters amidst an unspoiled African wilderness.

Immerse yourself in conservation activities, including the delicate process of rhino dehorning, the strategic collaring of spotted hyenas, invigorating bush walks, and captivating late-night drives to witness the nocturnal predators in their natural habitat.

Comfortable lounge areas, a variety of places to eat including the boma with its Milky Way ‘roof’ and the wine cellar, plus the bar area, make up the communal spaces. All meals and house wines and drinks are included.  A wide verandah overlooks a small waterhole with frequent elephant visitors. There is an elephant hide in camp for you to watch the elephant drinking. A Spa offers a variety of treatments and there is a gym. Children are welcomed with their own bag of goodies and special activities can be arranged for them.

Game Drives.

Enjoy twice daily game drives with a breakfast in the bush in the morning and refreshments on the evening drive.

The 4×4 open safari vehicles are equipped with spot lights for night viewing, radios for communication, ponchos for wet weather and individual blankets for the early morning and evening chill. Our experienced guides are “Field Guide Association” accredited and they offer interpretive and educational input as the drive progresses.

The guides are accompanied by experienced Shangaan trackers who offer stories of the local Shangaan culture & traditions, including  stargazing folklore.

Accommodation.

With opulent lodging and hospitality, Tintswalo Safari presents six Explorer Suites, along with the spacious Baines Presidential Suite and the Grant Family Suite comprising two bedrooms. The suites, linked by raised wooden walk ways, overlook the wilderness and dry riverbed that is frequently visited by wildlife.

Each individually decorated suite has a private plunge pool on the leisure deck, king sized bed, full and spacious en-suite bathroom, wood burning fireplace, vanity table and hairdryer.

The two-bedroom Grant Family Suite with full en-suite bathrooms also has a central lounge area.

The air-conditioned Presidential Suite is has 2 full bathroom ensuites to the two bedrooms and a central lounge area. There is also a private boma for dining and game drives are exclusive. A private chef caters for the meals here.
