In the beautiful Tsitsikamma Forest, close to Storm’s River Mouth, this historic Inn has been welcoming guests for over a century.
Lovely comfortable suites, many in buildings representing 1800 Cape Colony houses are set around a pretty village green. Star ratings are irrelevant here. The recommendations for this Inn were very strong.

Caring, family run inn with a choice of a cafe, pub grub or a’ la carte to choose from. A fun eatery, Marylin’s 60s Diner is close by as well as the Tsitsikamma Mini Craft Brewery. Walks through the rain forest, exploring Storm’s River Mouth or going on one of the activities this area is famed for, is all very easy from this base. Alternately, just laze around the pool to relax with bird song to lull you.
The 49 suites are individually decorated in the period style of the building. Air-conditioning, heating, electric blanket, WiFi and a television is in each room. Most suites have both bath and shower. Service is excellent and you are spoiled for choice of where to eat. Enjoy a warming fire in the traditional Hunter’s Pub on cool evenings.
