The tour starts in one of the oldest areas of Barrydale and you will get a chance to see some old photographs of Barrydale and hear about the areas first inhabitants, the Khoi. Along the route you will visit the a number of the early churches, a Nagmaal House, the oldest place to provide travellers with accommodation and other interesting buildings.
You will hear some interesting stories of a ghost or 2 and a Boer Commander’s escapades. It will take an hour or 2 depending on whether you meet any locals along the way.
