With a commitment to sourcing the freshest produce seasonally, our chefs utilise locally-sourced ingredients for the continually evolving contemporary menu, to deliver a unique dining experience. Everything is made fresh in house under the watchful eye of chefs who have honed their skills in various inspirational kitchens in Northern Europe. Suppliers are selected based on their sourcing/rearing, produce/animals, in a time honoured natural way, free from chemicals and unnatural additives.
The menu includes a range of fresh seafood, excellent salads and beautifully cooked poultry, vegetable and meat dishes. Croatian pizzas are made with traditional cooking methods passed down through generations and prepared in a traditional Croatian pizza oven.
The contemporary interior with outdoor/indoor deck, lounge areas and cocktail bar, combined with excellent food and the setting make Butterfly Blu a highly sought after spot.
Directly below our restaurant, you’ll find a stunning stretch of white sandy beach and rolling dunes, making for the perfect spot to enjoy a rosy sunset stroll on the beach.
