With a commitment to sourcing the freshest produce seasonally, our chefs utilise locally-sourced ingredients for the continually evolving contemporary menu, to deliver a unique dining experience. Everything is made fresh in house under the watchful eye of chefs who have honed their skills in various inspirational kitchens in Northern Europe. Suppliers are selected based on their sourcing/rearing, produce/animals, in a time honoured natural way, free from chemicals and unnatural additives.
The menu includes a range of fresh seafood, sushi, tapas and excellent salads.
The contemporary interior with outdoor/indoor deck, lounge areas and cocktail bar, combined with excellent food and setting make Butterfly Blu a highly sought after spot.
