The Glenwood Bakery Bagels (Morningside) is the most recent culinary adventure of acclaimed London chef, Adam Robinson.
It is an extension of The Glenwood Bakery (Glenwood), which specialises in artisanal breads with a focus on sourdough.
Bagels are made throughout the day and sold within a few hours of production – as bagels ought to be.
You can also have pretzels, if you prefer. We make soups, some sandwiches and a small range of sweet things.
We stock the full range of breads, pastries and deli produce made at the bakery in Glenwood.
The dining space has seating available and everyone is welcome to spend a short or a long time sitting with us – the WiFi is for free.
In the afternoons we make cheese blintzes, or you can have slices of cheese cake or financiers with your afternoon tea.
All our offerings, whether a loaf of bread, a filled bagel or a bowl of soup are aimed to display commitment to craft rather than to impress the imagination.
We do not cook for Instagram, we cook for prandial pleasure.
