The School has a relaxed, eatery – where patrons will be able to indulge in decadent, creative, African inspired food.

Expect heritage KwaZulu-Natal cuisine, the courses highlighting seasonal, local ingredients with new-age elegance. Here quality is paramount.

Sundowners. Hugely popular monthly food and wine pairing. Dates: July 23, Aug 17, Sept 13, Oct 18. Book well ahead. R260 pp.

Carvery:  Some 4 to 5 times a year on a Sunday, such as Mother’s Day, the students serve an excellent carvery lunch. R380 pp. Pre booking is essential.

For private functions: Choose Brunch or the sumptuous High Tea … available by private bookings of a minimum of 15 people.
