With a magician behind the cooking counter, your meal unfolds through considered cooking and some alchemy, creating dining that will  leave a lasting impression.

Charlie’s rural Yorkshire upbringing instilled a love of fresh produce. All his ingredients are locally sourced or within KZN. Menus are seasonal ingredient led. The magic comes when he starts to combine and flavour. This is a classically trained, Michelin star restaurant chef and his restaurant has 2 plates from Eat this year and previously.
