Every dining experience – be it a day visit to enjoy a midweek lunch or weekend brunch on the terrace,
surrounded by the majestic mountains or a dinner in the hotel’s fantastic restaurant – is as memorable as you’d expect.
There are well known comfort favourites such as their KZN curry, crème brûlée and bobotie. Their fine dining includes confit,
gnocchi with artichokes, parmesan polenta with truffle oil and all are with interesting accompaniments.
Steaks are particularly good with great sauces. The chef enjoys adding special touches with interesting mixes and subtle blends.
The restaurant has good vegetarian options plus 4 starters and 4 mains were vegan to keep all diners happy.
Very pretty environment in which to eat, extensive wine choice, good service and highly recommended.
