Stirling’s, on The Ibis premises serves lunch and dinner. Our food is inspired by the Karoo, sourcing as locally and organically as we can, we also have our own veggie garden. We incorporate indigenous medicinal herbs and plants that we harvest from the veld into our dishes to enhance your Karoo stay just that little bit more. Examples: Spekboom mille- feuille or Kapokbos-smoked butternut with muscadel & foraged pink peppercorn cream sauce or Kapokbos-smoked springbok carpaccio with mini baobab pannacotta.
Do make sure not to miss our Karoo Food Experience that takes you on a journey & adventure telling you a story with a 6 course tasting plates. Our menu changes regularly to incorporate beautiful seasonal ingredients.
