We, The Farmer’s Fork, are a Restaurant and Tapas Bar that is located in the well-known and loved Gourton Hall.
Influenced by travels and love for all things food; The Farmer’s Fork is trendy, modern and showcases food that is full of flavour.
With our tapas (shared plates), we hope to create an atmosphere where food brings people together. Food means a lot to us. It means family, friends, love and happiness- we only hope that we can share this with you.

We have created our menu with the aim of having options and variety- something for everyone.
For breakfast we have everything from your classic farmhouse breakfast (our Boer se Bord, served with home baked mieliebread) to Huevos Rancheros (spicy Mexican eggs). Lunches and dinners includes buttermilk fried chicken burgers, hand rolled pizzas, fresh from our garden salad bowls with falafel, curries (try cashew nut chicken curry!), Asian style crisp pork belly and 300g Jack Daniels based steaks.
Try our range of tapas such as peri-peri Zulu chicken livers, halloumi pops, brie phyllo parcels and tacos… to name a few!
