Kwa-Zulu Natal: This beautiful area includes golden beaches, palms and lush subtropical vegetation, stunning gorges and magnificent mountains, Midland mellowness, African plain landscapes filled with wildlife and two World Heritage sites: uKhahlamba Drakensberg and the iSimangaliso Wetland. The area is steeped in history from San Bushmen to modern. Both colonial and traditional heritage sit side by side.
Southern Free State: Bordered by mountains, beautiful creative hot spot, Clarens, the area around, stunning Golden Gate and a world class place to chill overlooking the Sterkfontein Dam. These areas are easily added to a trip including the Drakensberg or the Battlefields.
Eastern Cape- The Wild Coast. This is the part of South Africa that the modern world passed by. Rolling hills dotted with colourful thatched huts, estuaries forming wide sandy, simply stunning deserted beaches, rocky coves, magnificent cliffs, waterfalls and gorges plus simple outdoor holidays where your cell phone will probably, not work.
